Atypical Therapy

We can confidently move forward with you in a number of healing modalities including breathwork, dream analysis, active and empathetic listening, nature immersion, tree sitting, music therapy, Qigong, and more. Typically, we will progress through therapy one-on-one while we develop a plan to incorporate retreats and gatherings into your path of discovery. If you are curious about going deeper and want to see personal growth and evolution, let’s take the next steps together…

Group Work

The medicine we need is in nature, community, and showing up. Therapy can be found in sharing space with people you can trust and who want the best for you. Group Work, like the Atypical Therapies, will be tailored to meet your needs. The purpose of the upcoming Men’s Nature Immersion Retreats is threefold. We will create opportunites for each man to connect with his higher self, to connect with other men, and to connect with nature. In these exploratory endeavors, each man will find his own unique pathways for growth and healing.

Upcoming Events in 2024

Maine - Men’s Nature Immersion

Come surround yourself with pristine forests, expansive lakes, staggering cliffs, vistas to the sea, the haunting call of loons in the middle of the night, a full moon, and men who want to be their best selves while supporting you in your growth. The point of this immersion is to slow down and connect with life. We will focus on the connection with your inner knowing. We will pay attention to what’s around us and how it’s trying to serve us and communicate with us. We will soften in company of other men and find in that soft front, we can still have a strong back to carry the loads of life as we experience it.

Dates: TBD, fall 2025

Facilitated by Ferryhawk and Joe D.
